Also known as Facus Springs. This W.M.A. preserves one of the best saline marshes in the North Platte Valley. It is a major stopover point for migrant shorebirds, and also attract ducks during migration. Some shorebirds such as American avocets and Wilson’s phalaropes also nest here, and the cinnamon teal, rare in Nebraska, has also nested.
